We want you to love your purchase.

The Urban Nursery will grant exchanges or online credit within 30 days of purchase for items that are:

· New, unused and in original condition with tags attached
· Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number)

All exchanges must be authorized prior to return. Please email Support@theurbannursery.ca to request an exchange and include:

· Order confirmation number
· Reason for exchange request

Allow 3 business days for response confirming exchange and instructions for return.

Please note that if the exchange item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.

Customers are responsible for returning items at their own expense. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance as The Urban Nursery is not responsible for lost returns.

The Urban Nursery uses re-usable packaging so please re-use the original packaging for returns.

Please note, if your purchase was made at a retail store or third party website other than TheUrbanNursery.ca, the exchange request must be made directly through the retailer.
